Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy stimulates the body's own healing capabilities to improve your health and energy, whatever your condition, whilst increasing your resistance to disease. One size doesn't fit all so you can expect a tailor-made nutritional plan that fits in with your lifestyle and your own individuality. It's about empowering you rather than just chucking a list of 'dos' and 'don'ts' at you.

In my practice, I have successfully helped many of my clients with: IBS, digestive disorders, Candida, hormonal problems, skin complaints, low energy, ageing, detoxing & weight loss and I look forward to helping you to experience more health, energy and vitality than you have ever had - for life!

Consultations

The first consultation consists of an hour and a half to two hours which includes a thorough case study, an individual personal eating plan that will fit in with you and your family's lifestyle and suggestions on exercise, techniques and anything else that will improve your health and vitality. You will leave the session with lots of notes, recipes and a FREE copy of one of my books. I view the treatment as ongoing because dietary changes are only one part of the therapy. After6-8 weeks I expect to see clients again and, at that stage, I will help you re-introduce certain foods back into your diet, suggest other techniques and any other supplementation you may need. The follow-up sessions last 45 minutes to an hour. Some clients like to see me on a regular basis and some come twice a year. In between visits, we can stay in touch by e-mail.

Food Intolerance Testing

I can now offer IgG food intolerance testing in the clinic; results within 40 minutes. A total of 59 common foods are tested for antibody reaction from a small blood sample taken by a small pin prick.
